Ordered a few parts and they showed up exactly when they were supposed to. Tracking was easy to follow, so I wasn’t left wondering where anything was. I was going to say the whole thing felt a bit plain, but that’s kind of what you want with an order like this, no fuss, no hassle, just arrived as expected

I ordered from Enjuku Racing even though I’d seen some mixed stuff about them. The parts showed up and they were legit, so no issue there. The annoying part was the shipping. It took longer than I figured it would, and the updates were bare-bones, like I was just left guessing for a while. I ended up having to reach out to support to see what was going on. They did get back to me, but at first it was kind of a rough explanation and didn’t really clear much up. I’d probably order from them again if the price was good enough, but definitely not if I needed something in a hurry...

I was in a decent mood browsing around, the parts selection kept that going. They had a solid range of stuff, and I didn’t feel like I had to hunt forever to find what I needed. Nothing too fancy, just a good overall experience.

I had to cancel an order from enjukuracing and figured it was going to be a whole thing... but it really wasn’t. I emailed them, they replied quickly, and the refund was already moving along not long after. The money showed back up sooner than I expected too. No runaround, no waiting forever... just a simple, easy experience, which I definitely appreciated.

I did get the help I needed from tech support, but it took longer than I thought it would. Maybe I was expecting too quick of a turnaround, I don’t know. Once they replied, the answer was useful, but the back and forth felt a bit dragged out. Overall, it wasn’t bad, but I wouldn’t say it was great either...

They kept me updated and all that, so that part was fine. It showed up a day late, but it wasn’t a huge deal in the end.

I’m giving it 4 stars because the checkout page got a little sluggish while I was entering my info, but it wasn’t a huge deal. Payment went through fine, and the confirmation email showed up quickly

I had to keep reaching out just to get updates, which got frustrating after a while. I get that things can get busy, but come on now, a quick message here and there would’ve made the whole experience a lot better.

The box showed up beat up, which wasn’t great to see right away. Luckily the parts inside were okay, but the packing felt really lazy, like someone just tossed everything in and called it good. I also wasn’t thrilled that the terms seemed to change from what I expected, which just added to the annoyance. Overall, it worked out, but the whole experience felt careless.

I’ve ordered from Enjuku a few times for my Nissan, and they usually have a solid mix of OEM parts and aftermarket options, which makes it easy to compare everything in one place. The prices are fair and the site is straightforward to use. My only real frustration is the shipping wait, it’s not terrible, but it’s definitely not the fastest, and it can get annoying when you’re trying to get a project finished. Still, overall I’ve had decent experiences and would probably order from them again.

That pretty much made the decision for me. I’m not going to say every single item on the site is always the cheapest, but what I was looking for felt fairly priced and not marked up like I had seen elsewhere. It was nice not feeling like I had to keep hunting around forever just to avoid overpaying.

I finally got my part returned, but it definitely took a lot longer than it should have. I guess if you’re not in any kind of hurry, it’s fine, but waiting around with little urgency wasn’t exactly a great experience

Well... I had to exchange a part, and it did get sorted out in the end. The emails took a little longer than I expected, and I did have to follow up once, which was a bit frustrating. Not a terrible experience overall, I just wish the whole process had been a bit smoother.
